Jolene Gardner

Jolene Gardner serves as a senior vice president of automation, business initiatives and client implementation for Optum. 

Jolene joined UnitedHealth Group in 2003 and has over twenty years of experience in the health care industry. She has been serving in a variety of leadership roles within Optum for over 15 years. 

Prior to Optum, Jolene worked in consulting roles across a variety of industries including health care. She has worked as a consultant at Accenture with clients such as National Marrow Donor Program. 

She received her MBA from St. Thomas University and received her BS in physics from Bethel University.
