The consultant relations team supports our consultant partners and their firms, whether they are exploring what Optum has to offer, looking for more information about our solutions or are interested in participating in our consultant-focused education and outreach. Alisa Bahl, PhD
Senior Vice President
Dr. Bahl is responsible for managing the clinical and consultant outreach team and supports our partnerships with senior leaders at national consulting firms. She often serves as clinical executive sponsor to assist large employer customers with complex needs. She is a member of the specialty networks senior management team and provides support to leaders across the organization in sales, marketing and product development. In her previous role at Optum, she was responsible for bringing in numerous Fortune 100 and 500 customers, as well as two federal government programs and three states.
Dr. Bahl joined the legacy United Behavioral Health in 1991 and has an extensive background in clinical operations, network development and psychotherapy. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from the University of Florida and a PhD in clinical psychology from the University of Miami. She is based in Connecticut.
Broker and Consultant Relations
Keith Gucwa is responsible for building relationships with middle-market brokers and consultants at the national level, and functions as a primary point of contact between Optum employer solutions and those national relationships. He also leads the development and execution of strategic business planning, channel reporting, and on-going communication of business intelligence across the growth organization.
Prior to joining Optum, Keith was active in leading channel strategy and broker engagement for a prominent Mid-Atlantic regional health carrier. He was a human resource outsourcing consultant on a national level prior to entering the healthcare benefits space. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science & Policy from UMBC, and a master’s in Human Resource Development from McDaniel College.
National Vice President
Tia Dillow is responsible for developing and managing relationships with key consultant firms, serving as the primary contact for Optum employer solutions. In this role, she coordinates education plans and communication strategies, working with key consultants and thought leaders. In close collaboration with our employer solutions business development teams, Tia works to develop local and regional relationships, ultimately driving qualified business development opportunities.
Before joining Optum, Tia was an account vice president and strategic account executive for UnitedHealthcare of Florida for 14 years. Her role included client-specific strategic planning, analyzing financial and clinical program performance, as well as solution development and execution. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of South Florida.
National Vice President
Camille Haltom joined Optum in 2006. In her role, she is responsible for directing the consultant relations and outreach strategy for several large firms and serves as a liaison to national leaders within the consultant community. She serves as the chair for the Optum Consultant Advisory Board and is responsible for our regional and national Consultant Summits as well as other educational and outreach activities.Camille has more than 25 years of experience in the health care industry. Prior to joining Optum, she served as the national practice lead for managed health for 14 years at a major consulting firm. She also served as a regional director for the U.S. Public Health Service’s Division of Federal Occupational Health. She earned a master’s in exercise physiology and cardiovascular research from Northeastern Illinois University.
Evelyn Tin Gluting
Evelyn Tin Gluting is responsible for national activities and strategic planning as it relates to the consultant and broker channel. Projects and responsibilities include data capture and reporting, consultant events and meetings, national communications, online tools and resources, webinars and requests for information.
Prior to joining Optum, Evelyn was a wellness and behavioral health manager at Navistar; and before Navistar, she was a consultant for Mercer in the health and productivity management practice. Evelyn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Knox College and a master’s in public health from University of Illinois School of Public Health.
Broker and Consultant Relations
Anne Morton is responsible for fostering relationships with middle-market brokers and consultants at the national level, and serves as the main point of contact between Optum employer solutions and those national relationships. She works closely with teams of business initiators and account executives to develop local and regional broker and consultant relationships.
Prior to joining Optum, Anne was vice president of client services at CuraLinc Healthcare, responsible for developing and implementing organizational strategies for client retention and improved efficiency in the client services department. Anne also spent several years as a senior employee benefits advisor with two mid-market brokers in the Chicago area. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from DePauw University.
