Ritesh oversees developing and implementing long-term growth strategy and strengthening of alignment across all capabilities and lines of business at OGS. He leads the partner success, operational excellence, transitions and business enablement teams. Ritesh joined Optum in 2020 as managing director of OGS India, where he successfully led the organization throughout the pandemic.

His diverse background includes more than 20 years of client management, product thinking, competitive positioning, technology and consulting experience in banking, capital markets and insurance.Overall, he has over 24 years of diverse experience in sales, account management, P&L management, strategy, software product development and financial services.

Over the last 17 years with Capgemini, Ritesh has played various leadership roles globally, including managing several capital markets and banking relationships out of the New York region. He was also based out of India as the COO of Capgemini Financial Services as well as the head of their APAC business. In his last role, he was responsible for a team of over 40,000 people in India serving global clients.

Prior to joining Capgemini, Ritesh worked with leading financial services companies such as Bank of America and DE Shaw, and with technology firms such as Hyperion (now part of Oracle), DoubleClick (now part of Google) and Juice Software (now part of ProClarity/Microsoft) in product strategy and design roles.
