Optum India launches first Innovation Center in Gurugram: Where ideas take flight
Optum India launched of its first state-of-the-art Innovation Center at the Gurugram office, marking a significant milestone in fostering creativity, collaboration and transformative thinking within the organization.
The Innovation Center was inaugurated by Sue Arthur, Chief Operating Officer, Optum, and the event was graced by senior leaders including Uma Ratnam Krishnan, Managing Director, Optum India; Samarth Mathur, Managing Director, Optum Philippines and Puerto Rico; Harish Gudi, Chief Information Officer, Optum India; and Rohit Agarwal, Senior Vice President, Transformation, Innovation and Enablement, Optum Global.
Designed as a dynamic hub for collaboration, ideation and co-creation, the center will serve as a platform for showcasing solutions, conducting workshops, enabling training and upskilling and driving talent engagement. It reflects our commitment to accelerating health care innovation across Optum operations and creating impactful solutions that improve health outcomes and transform care delivery.
