Optum India has been recognized with the prestigious “Excellence in Building Talent of the Future” award in the Pacers category at the Nasscom GCC Impact Awards 2025, reaffirming the Optum commitment to nurturing a future-ready workforce.

The Nasscom GCC Impact Awards honor organizations that are shaping the future of the Global Capability Center (GCC) landscape through innovation, talent development and ecosystem partnerships. This Optum India recognition highlights its leadership in building integrated and inclusive talent strategies that align with the evolving needs of the industry.

This accolade celebrates the Optum India strategic focus on people development through a learner-led, technology-enabled skilling ecosystem. Learning programs such as the Leadership Excellence and Advancement Program (LEAP), Program for Accelerated Capability Enhancement (PACE) and Women in Leadership (WiL), as well as a strong emphasis on internal mobility and continuous upskilling, have played a pivotal role in this achievement.
