Nishid Sachdeva

Nishid currently serves as senior vice president of business operations and capability leader for the risk adjustment and quality business. He has been with OGS for close to 14 years. In his current role, he oversees and provides leadership on innovation and transformation through technology and analytics, growth, strategy, delivery and governance to all the risk adjustment operations across the global capability centers in India, The Philippines and LATAM.

Nishid has served as the chief operating officer for Optum India before this and was responsible for all India operations of claims, risk adjustment and quality, payment integrity etc. He was also responsible for leading the all OGS India sites in India, accountable for capacity, infrastructure, real estate, regulatory and compliance, internal and external communications. He has also been at the forefront of expanding the India locations and leading the concept, design and implementation of new sites like Gurgaon, Noida and Hyderabad campuses.

Nishid is very passionate about inclusion and diversity and, until recently, he held the mantle of setting up the women In technology initiative, leading the Hyderabad chapter. He is also a core member of the LGBTQ+ initiative at OGS India. He is a core member of the I&D India leadership team.

With an overall diverse experience of over 25 years, he has worked with companies like General Electric, DELL and Unisys in various leadership roles in strategy, P&L management and large-scale operations. A mechanical engineer by education, he is six sigma green belt-certified and has attended the flagship International Leadership Program from the London School of Business.
