Rajesh Kesarla

Rajesh Kesarla works as the country leader of Optum Labs teams in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. He is responsible to grow the presence in the APAC region and establish Optum Labs as a local research and innovation center.

In the past, Rajesh led the Optum digital organization in India where he led consumer products, digital ecosystem and enterprise platform efforts.

Prior to that, Rajesh spent more than 20 years working for organizations such as Amazon, Microsoft and Flipkart as a product and technology leader.

He is experienced in building and scaling large, high-performing, globally distributed organizations, and has led and delivered complex products in the areas of e-commerce, transportation and logistics, consumer internet, and operating system middleware.

Rajesh resides in Bangalore with his wife and two children — a 16-year-old daughter and 11-year-old son. He loves to hike, ski and play cricket.
