Srinivas Thota

Srinivas (Srini) Thota leads the global operations solutions team, focused on working closely with business leaders to evaluate opportunities for delivering end-to-end operations and technology solutions.

Prior to joining Optum Global Solutions, Srini was working with Bank of America in the position of assistant vice president and head of operations for small business banking operations.

Srini is a certified Green Belt through GE and has a master’s degree in business administration. He also completed the UHG international leadership development program with London School of Business.
