Nishid Sachdeva

Nishid Sachdeva currently serves as the chief operating officer for OGS India. He has been with OGS for close to 12 years. In his current role, he oversees and provides leadership on growth, strategy, delivery and governance to all India operations of UHC and Optum for various health care capabilities of claims, billing, enrollment, payment integrity and risk adjustment.

He is also responsible for leading the 10 OGS India sites in 4 cities, accountable for capacity, infrastructure, real estate, regulatory and compliance, internal and external communications. He has also been on the forefront of expanding the India locations and leading the concept, design and implementation of new sites like Gurgaon, Noida campus and Hyderabad campus.

Nishid is very passionate about inclusion and diversity and, until recently, he had the mantle of setting up the Women In Technology initiative, leading the Hyderabad Chapter. He is also a core member of the LGBTQ+ initiative at OGS India. He is a core member of the I&D India Leadership team.

With an overall diverse experience of over 25 years, he has worked with companies like General Electric, DELL and Unisys in various leadership roles in strategy, P&L management and large-scale operations. 

A mechanical engineer by education, he is Six Sigma GB-certified and has attended the flagship International Leadership Program from the London School of Business.
